Over 31 years GANGA HYDRAULICS has evolved as manufacturer of an extensive range of Honed Pipes, Hard Chrome Plated Rods, Hydraulic Cylinders, major Honing job work of Barrels of Injection Moulding Machines and Reconditioning of Cylinders of Earth Moving Machinery.
Our Plant and Machinery of the latest technology is located at Gandhinagar (Gujarat) spread out in an area of 1000 square meters. In addition to normal machine tools, Testing/measuring instruments, Tools Tackles, we also have installed Cold Draw Machine, Honing Machines, Peeling Machine, Centerless Grinding Machines, Burnishing Machine and Buffing/Polishing Machines. With a view to augment production capacity, quality improvement, cost reduction and the best services to our customers, we have implemented improved manufacturing technology and process standardization.

Manufacturing Process
Our Plant & Machinery with the latest technology is located at Gandhinagar (Gujarat) spread out in an area of 1000 square meters. In addition to normal machine tools, Testing / measuring instruments, tools tackles, we have installed Cold Draw Machine, Honing m/c, Peeling m/c, Center less Grinding, Burnishing m/c and Buffing / Polishing Machine.
Honed tubes/pipes are manufactured from COLD DRAWN SEAMLESS TUBES ST-52 procured from reputed manufacturers. If needed tubes are cold drawn in our plant to convent ready to hone size.
No boring, hence no guide / steady rest mark on pipe, increase Pipe strength & finishing on OD, reduce the painting cost.
Hard chrome plated rods are Manufactured from CK-45/EN 8 / EN 9 material procured from the reputed manufacturers. Peeled Rods are fed in to center less grinder then to automatic burnishing. There after rods are coated with hard chrome as per Latest Technology process standard.
The process employed produces deposit which are Harder, Smoother, Brighter and more durable with greater Micro Crack Density. The cracks are Shorter and Shallower which provides superior protection.
