Our Plant & Machinery with the latest technology is located at Gandhinagar (Gujarat) spread out in an area of 1000 square meters. In addition to normal machine tools, Testing/measuring instruments, Tools Tackles, we have installed Cold Draw Machine, Honing mc, peeling mc, Centerless Grinding, Burnishing m/c and Buffing / Polishing Machine.

Honed tubes/pipes are manufactured from Cold Drawn Seamless Tubes ST-52 procured from reputed manufacturers. If needed tubes are cold drawn in our plants to ready for hone size.

No boring, hence no guide / steady rest mark on the pipe, increase Pipe strength & finishing on OD, reduce the painting cost.

Hard chrome plated rods are Manufactured from CK-45 / EN 8 / EN 9 material procured from the reputed manufacturers. Peeled Rods are fed into centerless grinder than to automatic burnishing. There after rods are coated with hard chrome as per latest technology process standard.

The process employed produces deposits which are harder, smoother, brighter and more durable with greater Micro crack Density. The cracks are shorter and shallower which provides superior protection.
